Delivery times:

UK special delivery (allow 5-7 working days dispatch time).

International standard delivery (allow 10-15 working days dispatch time).

Please contact us for different shipping arrangements.

Returns policy:

We accept returns within 15 days after you've received the item, for orders placed between 6-23 December. After this period standard return period of 7 working days will be valid.

For your return to be accepted, all tags must be attached and the item must be in unworn condition.

Please note earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Icarus care guide:

Always remember to give your Icarus jewellery some tender loving care. In this guide, we will share our tips on how to keep our sterling silver jewellery shiny and new for as long as possible.

• Please remember overexposure to sunlight can cause colour to fade. Avoid sunbathing in your Icarus jewellery pieces.

• Your sterling silver jewellery is safe in water, but always make sure to keep your jewellery away from chlorinated hot tubs and swimming pools. 

• Apply body lotions and perfumes before putting your jewellery on.

• Take off before you do any cleaning at home to avoid contact with the harsh chemicals in cleaning products.

• Sunlight and damp can accelerate the tarnishing process so make sure you store away in ziplock bag or other airtight container. 

• It’s best using a soft clean cotton material to gently wipe away your silver jewellery.

• Our jewellery has been crafted in sterling silver and some pieces are oxidised and/or gold plated. To prolong their shine, please ensure you NEVER use a cleaning solution or polish when you’re cleaning our plated jewellery. You can use a cotton cloth to gently wipe away your gold plated and/or oxidised jewellery.
